Sleeplessness…oh! what a trouble! thoughts, worries, dreams, expectations, plans… this is sooo frustrating.. strong piece of advice: Listen to some good music, watch something interesting but not too “heavy” and demanding.. put all the problems aside and imagine yourself floating in a big blue peaceful sea… (this can also be replaced by snow in case insomnia occurs during winter nights) and nighty night!! sleep well and may your dreams be sweet and positive!
